iNTRODB is an integrated system for searching drug-target proteins from parasitic protozoa genomes that cause neglected tropical disease (NTD) including leishmaniasis, Chagas' disease and Human African trypanosomiasis. The system is developed for searching target proteins suitable for structure-based drug design (SBDD), and provides structural information of the proteins mainly obtained from the PDB as well as chemical information from ChEMBL.
